The automation modules 30MA & 40MA enable a separation of the two processes of laser cutting and parts picking. Thus your laser system is permanently supplied with new sheet material at the right time and waiting times are reduced to a minimum. In addition, unmanned shifts are also possible, as the laser system can be supplied with new sheet material over a longer period of time.

Automatic operation

In automatic mode, the automation module replaces manual handling. The loading of the pallet changer tables is carried out by the vacuum unit of the manipulator. The cut sheets are unloaded by a fork unit which is integrated in the manipulator. Both the unloading and the loading process take place simultaneously with the cutting process in the laser system. Depending on the number of sheets on the raw material trolley, an uninterrupted process lasting several hours is ensured.

Semi-automatic operation

In addition to the automatic mode, a semi-automatic mode is also available, which makes it possible to process sheet material placed directly on the pallet changer table by hand, forklift or crane. This means that even remnant sheets and express orders can be processed flexibly and quickly.
